nature morte II






Found objects from nature, handmade paper and gilded silver wire (unsure about "gilded" here, please correct me if I'm wrong).
I did the first set of Nature morte in 2006, but then used gold sewing thread. I think the golden wire enhances the fragility and delicacy of the objects. Now I need to frame them in some way...

  2. Ohhh, i like all of them. But my fav are no.4 and no.5 They do look good in series style. This just proves that you can take something and brings out the beauty within. (Sort of like teaching students.. :))

    rizal - thanks, it is nice to discover beauty in unexpected places. One just has to look closer and keep the mind open.
